Core Gameplay Mechanics

Your first priority should be training your players. Each player has seven key skills (Contact Hitting, Power Hitting, Arm Strength, Fielding, Speed, Pitching, and Stamina) that you can improve using training points (TP).

Players start with some TP. TP regenerates in real-time, accumulating at a rate of around 100 TP per hour, up to a maximum of 600 TP. To maximize training, log in at least every 6 hours to use your available TP.

Strategically place your players on the field based on their strengths on the dashboard page. A strong pitcher on the mound, good hitters at 1st base and catcher, and strong arms at 3B, SS, and CF. Utilize your fastest players in the outfield!

Construct a powerful batting order on the dashboard page. Start with your fast, contact hitters, followed by your best hitters and power hitters, then continue down the line with your other players.

Once you have your team and lineups setup you can dive right into a quick play game on the quick play page to watch your team play ball

Automated Pro League seasons start every week on Wednesday. Be on the lookout to join a league when the time comes on the seasons tab.

Units/Characters (Players) Deep Dive

Each player has a unique genetic profile that determines their potential and strengths. Some players have higher max stats than others. Use these differences to your advantage.

All players have seven key skills: Contact Hitting, Power Hitting, Arm Strength, Fielding, Speed, Pitching, and Stamina. Training these skills is essential for improving player performance.

Visit the free agent page to recruit new players. Each player has a cost associated with them, reflecting their potential. Higher-cost players tend to have higher potential, but you can find diamonds in the rough with lower-cost options too.

Players have varying costs based on their genetics, some cheap, some greedy. Players that cost more tend to have a higher skill ceiling overall, but there is more variance with lower-cost players as a gamble.

Your team has a salary cap of 2 million, with the starting players costing 100k each for a total of 900k. Be sure not to exceed the limit when selecting new free agents for your team. Managers must strategize to ensure they are maximizing their team's skill within the salary cap.

Advanced Strategies & Tips

Aim for a well-rounded team with a mix of hitting power, speed, and defensive skills.

Strategic player positioning is key. Experiment to find the best spots for your players.

Players on the bench gain TP twice as fast, training them every 3 hours is optimal for maximizing growth of benched players

Strategize to get the most out of your salary cap. Consider a mix of high-cost stars and lower-cost players with good potential.

Don't be afraid to take risks with lower-cost free agents. You never know what hidden gems you might find!

Managers can earn money by winning matches every day, especially in quick matches and seasons. There are big rewards for participating and winning seasons.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How do I train my players?
Click on the TP circle. The number inside the circle denotes the amount of TP you can use up to the max of 600. If it is at 0 you need to wait until you gain more TP in order to train.

What is TP?
TP is short for Training Points. It's used to upgrade your players in their skills.

How do I make my batting lineup?
Drag and drop the players on your team from top to bottom. The top of the lineup bat most frequently.

When do Pro League seasons start?
Pro leagues start every Wednesday at midnight EST for now, but that might change in the future.

How many players are on a team?
9 players make up your active team and you can have 2 bench players right now for a total of 11.

Where do I go to change my lineups, training, and position of my players?
The dashboard is where you go to do basically everything: change lineups, change positions, train players, view results of passed games, and stats.

How do I recruit new players?
You can recruit new players in the free agents tab. Free agents refresh every hour, so a new pool of free agents will show up to recruit.

What is the salary cap?
The salary cap depends on how many seasons you have played, but you start at 2 million and go all the way up to 3.6 million after 10 seasons.
