A New Season Ladder, Full-Screen Pick-3, and a Wave of New Talents
Hey Managers! Version 1.0.11 is live and it is a big one. The season ladder got a real overhaul, drafting your talents finally takes over the whole screen, and there is a fresh wave of batters built to punish whatever pitch keeps beating you.
Climb a Ladder Built From Real Managers
Promotion and relegation now flow both ways on a capacity-capped ladder. Win and you move up, slip and you drop down, and every step tracks how crowded each tier is, so your climb actually counts for something.
Your division is filled with real managers instead of bots. And when there is a gap between scheduled games, exhibition matchups slot in to keep your season moving so you are never left waiting around.
Pick-3 Takes Over the Whole Screen
Choosing your talents is one of the most important decisions you make in a game. It shapes the whole trajectory of your tiny players' careers, and now it finally looks the part. Cards deal in with animation, the artwork is bigger and bolder, and pushing an existing talent up into a higher tier fires off its own unique effect. A weighty strategic call, and now one that feels as big as it is.
Taking On the One-Pitch Ponies
Right now a pitcher who leans on a single dominant pitch can be brutal to face, and this batch of talents is our first real push to rein that in. Master of None rewards pitchers who command a large, varied arsenal, giving the mix-it-up types a real edge over the one-pitch specialists. A full line of pitch-counter talents pushes in the same direction, handing you more ways to answer a predictable attack.
Extinguisher is a bit different. It is the first of many talents we plan to add for countering specific late-game builds, so watch this corner of the pool keep growing.
Talent tooltips got smarter too. Tap into any talent in-game and you will now see its specific effects and triggers spelled out, so you know exactly what a pick does before you commit to it. And to plan even further ahead, we rebuilt the Talent Codex on the website to match the game exactly. Browse every talent, then dig into the zone explorers: how pitchers aim and sharpen each pitch, how your batters react zone by zone, and the new pitch counters in full. Think of it as your scouting report before first pitch.

Around the Diamond
- Free agents keep pace. Players waiting in the free-agent pool now get catch-up training instead of falling behind while they wait for a call-up.
- Fielding and baserunning track player batting stats more faithfully, so plays read the way you would expect them to.
- Facility upgrades were rebalanced to top out at a 35% boost along a smoother curve, and the upgrade preview now matches the XP you actually earn.
- Replays got sharper. Weather effects no longer crash them, out-of-zone pitches now land outside the strike-zone box, and left-handed pitchers, fielders, and catchers finally show up on the correct side of the field.
- A cleaner login. A login error no longer bounces you to the Create Manager screen.
